Rejuvenating dilapidated tanks structures, organizing farmers under Tank Development Association, ensuring efficient water management systems.

Partially rehabilitated four irrigation tanks in Kalaghatigi block by desilting tank bed. Completely rehabilitated 6 irrigation tanks in Shiggaon and Kalaghatigi block with community participation. The water holding capacity of the tanks has gone up from 25% to 75% post intervention. Water bodies got recharged in the area improving the ecosystem. Crop Command Area has increased from 17 to 68% where complete tank rehabilitation has done.
